She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Audiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Audiology from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry – School of Audiology.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Michelle is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, specializing in advanced amplification technologies. She is committed to providing individualized care and building lasting relationships with each of her patients. Her practice also offers industrial hearing conservation programs and military hearing services, reflecting her broad expertise in occupational and environmental hearing health.

Outside of the clinic, Michelle is deeply involved in medical mission work through La Luz de Cristo, a ministry that operates a medical clinic in Empalme de Boaco, Nicaragua. Since 2012, she has traveled there regularly with her colleague, Dr. Melissa Palmer, to provide essential hearing care to underserved communities.

Michelle is a proud mother of two sons, Nick and Alex — with Nick lending a hand in the office when not at college. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and giving back through her faith and service.
